Stretch Smart, our signature class is a sequence of functional movements that increase flexibility and overall muscle balance. It is a total body assessment that isolates specific muscles for a short period of time in repetition to gradually increase mobility.

Smart Boot- A combination of kettlebells, Physio ball, and foam roll that emphasizes posture, proper technique, and stamina as our main goals.


Kick Smart - A kickboxing class with a focus on the proper techniques of punching and kicking while getting your heart rate up.
